Ancient vine, of high vigor, kept in great value already among the Romans (vitis apiana), whose sweet grapes are a call for bees, hence the name and wine (apianum) and the best site of origin (Lapio).
Pale straw-colored with greenish reflections, it is enveloping, harmonious, delicately soft, with typical fruity sensations of pears, annurca apples, woody notes.
At the finish it presents itself with a persistent taste-olfactory balance.
Greco di Tufo
Straw yellow in color of excellent concentration and beautiful golden reflections, it is vinified in steel with cryomaceration.
The typical traits give it intense fruity, mineral and floral aromas, in which the limoncella apple and the hawthorn are recognized.
In the mouth it erupts fragrant, with pleasant flavor and remarkable structure.
