Chardonnay
Has notes of baked peach, pie crust and hints of brioche. Bright acid on the pallet leads flavors of lemon curd and citrus cheesecake with hints of fresh sage and brown butter on the finish.
Reserve Chardonnay
Opens with aromas of baked stone fruit and Manuka honey that lead into a palate of creme brulée, baked apple streusel, crushed almond brittle, caramel and underlying fresh citrus.
This 100% Chardonnay was hand-picked in the middle of the night to retain the cool temperature and fresh acid. We fermented and aged this delicious Chardonnay in 100% new French oak. It was lees stirred multiple times per week to ensure a beautiful weighty mouthfeel and long finish.
Sauvginon Blanc
Is a bright pale hue reminiscent of lemon chiffon. Extremely aromatic nose bursting with notes of citrus, pineapple and hints of guava. Flavors of yuzu, key lime, white peach and pomelo. Crisp and clean with mouthwatering acid begs for another sip.
Cabernet Sauvignon
A bouquet of sweet black cherry with vanilla and spices. Velvety mouthfeel with notes of chocolate and jammy berries
Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Opens with aromas of black cherry cola, cassis, sweet tobacco and herbs de Provence. The palate greets you with notes of black plum, tart cherry, cassis and dark roasted coffee. Fine, dusty tannins draw out a long beautiful finish.
