Cabernet Sauvignon/ Cabernet Franc
Potro de Piedra is the greatest expression of our Sagrada Familia terroir. This wine comes from our oldest barracks of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc varieties, which are co-fermented and vinified using traditional methods for subsequent storage in new French oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months. Potro de Piedra 2019 has a sustained ruby color, complex nose with various layers. We can find blackberry, blueberry, licorice, white pepper, forest and cedar. The palate is concentrated with a fresh entry revealing the fresh year, the evolution is broad ending on still firm tannins but that melt over time.
Rincon de los Vientos Cabernet Sauvignon
Toro de Piedra Rincón de Los Vientos 2019 is a single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from the Sagrada Familia Valley in Chile. The grapes are grown on sandy loam soils and are vinified using traditional methods. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. This wine is a great example of the potential of Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon. It is complex and flavorful, with a long finish. It is perfect for pairing with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or hearty pasta dishes.
