Malbec AC BIO
Bright ruby colour. On the nose red summer fruit aromas dominate with a slight touch of black pepper. On the palate there is an attractive concentration of ripe red fruits which gives volume to the wine. It has a good structure and the tannins are soft and smooth. Its finish is long with notes of coffee.
Pinot Gris AC BIO
A clear green colour with bright lights. The flavor profile is intense and fresh with notes of pear and lime blend with aromas of quince, melon and green tea. A charming and typical nose, worthy of an exceptional terroir. The palate is round
and smooth with a fruity finish. A modern white wine and very tasty.
Malbec Reserve BIO
Intense ruby red colour. Complex, with a mix of red berries and spicy aromas of clove and black pepper. Also some delicate notes of chocolate and coffee that come from its time in oak. A structured and complex with pleasant tannins which bring
sweetness and a long finish. Spice combines with toasted notes and characteristic
red berry fruit of Malbec.
Esprit de Chacayes BIO
The nose shows tart fruit aromas of cranberry and hints of blueberry. It has a tight mouthfeel, with flavors of berries, dried herbs and hints of smoke. Good acidity provides freshness to the finish. This firmly tannic blend of Côt and Malbec will benefit from more time of bottle aging.
