Absolute (Box)

A very fresh nose, carried on salinity and citrus fruits, then very greedy with notes of brioche and candied fruits, softened by touches of honey.

On the palate, a fresh and acidulous attack. The tension lingers in the finish thanks to the candied lemon notes highlighted by the minerality of this cuvée.

Blanc De Blanc (Box)

A nose that is both generous, with white and yellow fruits such as vine peach, and warm thanks to subtle notes of roasted hazelnuts and mocha.

In mouth, round attack, notes of candied citrus fruits transport us towards a beautiful freshness. The notes of custard cream are maintained by the lemony tension for a harmonious finish.

Brut

The nose is ample and fresh. Both floral, with hints of acacia and fruity with citrus and yellow fruit notes, such as peaches.

In the mouth, the tension is maintained by the citrus fruits until the final note of yellow lemon. Beautiful balance between these two grape varieties, the maturity of the Pinot Noir’s aromas is preserved by the freshness of the Chardonnay.

Curvee Lady

The eye shows golden color with silvery glints. Delicate bubbles give birth to a very elegant effervescence. First nose is very complex. Dominated by mineral expressions, citrus fruits and peach, it gradually gets more intense and evolves toward butter and toast nuances, typical of Chardonnay. Apricot and vine peach notes, together with citrus fruit and spice aromas sublimate this complex nose. The mouth is surprisingly fresh, and it lasts throughout the tasting until a slightly peppered end.

Rose (Box)

A fruity nose, on the freshness thanks to the Chardonnay and its citrus notes. The Pinot Noir then expresses itself by a greedy explosion with notes of raspberries and blackcurrants.

A well-balanced palate, illustrated by wild strawberries which marries the ambassadors of the two grape varieties, citrus and red fruits. The final touch is brought to the minerality and crispness of the fresh fruit.

Vintage (Box)

The nose is fine and elegant and offers us first of all, notes of white flowers and fresh citrus fruits supported by a mineral on the flint. Then we find a warm side and aromas of nuts and dried fruits. Finally, there are spices and an empyreumatic character with vanilla and brioche.

The palate is initially fresh with notes of yellow lemon. Then the wine gains in fullness and richness and we find vanilla and toast. The finish is fresh but still powerful with aromas of fresh yellow fruit mixed with some notes of mokka and mineral, almost salty.
