MWC PINOT GRIS (2015)
Sourced from premium grape growing regions in Victoria, this wine shows a slight blush color due to the juice having extended contact with the grape skins. This has produced a complex, textural, and slightly savory Pinot Gris with aromatic nuances of pears, lychees, and exotic spice. Hints of spicy pear and red apple appear on the palate.
MWC CABERNET SAUVIGNON (2015)
Jock’s Cabernet is much like the man – smooth, no nonsense, elegant and will fit in at any occasion. It exhibits a rich, ripe berry and mint bouquet and displays a full flavoured, fleshy, fruit laden palate.
MWC PINOT NOIR (2016)
The aroma is enticing with intense plum, cherry and strawberry fruit with a hint of spicy oak. The fresh fruit momentum continues on the palate with vibrant plum and dark stone fruits finishing with some firm acid, beautiful tannins and integrated oak.
MWC SHIRAZ MOURVEDRE (2014)
Rich, with elegant and supple tannins; this Rhone-inspired wine is a lovely blend of cool-climate spicy Shiraz combined with mild climate full-bodied Shiraz finely tempered by the savory tannins of Mourvedre. This is a bold, modern Australian wine exhibiting aromas and flavors of blackberry and spice. The rich and full palate is complemented by hints of French oak leading to a seamless finish. Great to drink young, however, time will reward those with patience.
