Chardonnay
Our Chardonnay has a medium lemon yellow color. It is prominent aromas of pineapple and ripe peach. In the palate is balanced and its flavors remind us of tropical fruits. It has a great finish and a fresh structure. It matches appetizers, green salads, seafood, poultry and young cheeses.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich and concentrated ruby-red colour. The smell remind us of fresh red cherries. Elegant with good balance. Its tannins are soft and mature. A great choice to match with red meats, fine herbs based dishes or mature cheeses.
Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot
This blend has a deep ruby red. Its aromas remind us of red ripe fruit with intense notes of peppery jam. In the palate is soft, fresh and well balanced, with soft tannins. It is a great option to combine with barbecued red meats, pasta and tomato based sauces and mature cheeses.
Merlot
Our Merlot has a bright ruby–violet color. The wine has intense aroma with abundant notes of ripe red fruits and spicy hints. Its tannins are sweet and velvety. It has a long and lingering finish. Ideal as a company for roast red meats, pasta with soft sauces and fresh cheese.
