Brut

Look: Bright pale straw yellow hue. Persistent small bubbles.

Smell: Good intensity, toasty nose integrated with hints of green apples and citrus.

Taste: Good structure on the mouth, large, lively and easy to drink. The aftertaste is clean, fresh and persistent.

Extra Brut

While this is an off-dry wine; it is closer to the dry side. It’s crisp and balanced with lots of wonderful fruit aromas and flavors. Think citrus, apple and melon. The body is medium and the finish is long. You’ll find some toasty notes as well..

Pairing: Great withtheaperitifand dessert.

Drinking through the forthcoming year is recommended.

BOUQUET BRUT

Bright and pale straw-yellow color, with greenish hints. Small and persistent bubbles, with a nice and steady crown formation. Clean nose with intense aromas of white fruits, flowers and citrus over a background of nuts and bakery. Soft and pleasant feeling in the mouth.

BOUQUET ROSÉ

Beautiful and intense pink color. Primary aromas of red berries and pomegranate, with refreshing citric notes, over a buttery background. Very fine and elegant bubbles that stimulate the palate, offering a fruity taste with a long and elegant finish.
