Cabernet Sauvignon
This very special black of vines has slowly begun to mature and the resulting wine is evidence of that aging. Intoxicating aromas of black currant and blueberry, savory dried herbs and sweet roasted caramel, combine with hints of tea tree and eucalyptus. On the palate, the wine is mouth coating with rich, dense powdery tannins. A background of dark roasted espresso brings warmth the wine. The wine is balanced and elegant with powerful grace that will ensure its aging potential for many years.
Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
Chocolate blueberry and nuts bar, cassis compote, and buttercream. Same as aromas with overtones of blueberry cobbler a la mode, spiced dried berries, nuts, and hint of leather
Red Blend
With an intense, dark red color in the glass, this wine follows through with aromas of ripe fruit, vanilla, and coffee. Its flavors are full-bodied and tannic, with well-balanced notes of fruit and oak.
Sauvignon Blanc
The primary fruit flavors of sauvignon blanc are lime, green apple, passion fruit and white peach. Depending on how ripe the grapes are when the wine is made, the flavor will range from zesty lime to flowery peach.
Chardonnay
This chardonnay is relatively dry, medium-bodied white wine emanating fresh, crisp notes of pear, guava, lemon-peel and apple. Now add some oak to the aging process, the above flavors shift dramatically – giving off strong hints of butter, vanilla, English pudding and pineapple.
