This is their best known product and truly expresses the company philosophy, shown through the wine’s balance between elegance and structure. Made from grapes grown in the Valpolicella Classico zone, which undergo Appassimento before ageing in large oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months and further maturation of 6-8 months in bottle.

Appassimento Rosso
A bold, yet incredibly soft and approachable red wine. The use of the “appassimento” technique generates a wine that displays a bouquet reminiscent of dark cherries, red fruit, chocolate and prunes. On the palate it is sumptuous, generous, almost decadent.
Amarone Riserva Mater DOCG
Full-bodied, with sweet and soft notes of dried fruit, spices and tobacco, it is a wine to be paid attention to and enjoyed at the end of dinner, as well as paired with the highest-quality meats and aged cheeses.
