AGLIANICO DEL VULTURE 'TERRE DI ORAZIO' DOP

A warm and richly-flavoured oak-aged Aglianico. With aromas of violet and cassis, the generous palate is packed full of red and black berry fruits, with spice and well-integrated oak giving structure and length.

A modern fine Aglianico vey well structured.

From the Collio Region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia comes this "beautiful" Tocai Friulano, a clear, bright-gold wine that breathes rich and complex aromas of white fruit, banana oil, wildflowers and almonds. Flavors are consistent with the nose, full and round, white fruit, almonds and honey, dry and tart, with sharp, cleansing acidity forming a powerful core. Lemons and honey and a hint of bitter almond linger in a very long finish.

Pinot Grigio is so often innocuous; it's a real pleasure to find a complex rendition. This one shows grassy-herbal notes over white peach on the nose. These follow through to the palate with the addition of mineral notes and a pleasant bitterness and minerality through the extraordinarily long finish. It's light, dry and refreshing, with enough acid to work well with most foods.

An intense yellow color with a tendency to a golden hue. At the nose emerges notes of hay and dried flowers as well as notes that recall of mimosa. The bouquet is integrated with hints of dry fruit, propolis, and brown sugar. The tannins are elegant and, furthermore, the minerality and saltiness are well integrated on the palate. Considering the complex bouquet and the discrete presence of tannins it is a wine that goes very well with Asian food, especially with sushi.

NEGROAMARO "NORIE" SALENTO IGT

In the local dialect, the “norie” are the grindstones used in the old mills to produce oil. It has given its name to one of the farm’s vineyards. Flat red wine obtained with Negroamaro grapes, carefully selected among the best vineyards of the farm.

Organolectic Examination: ruby red with orange sparkles which have a propensity to increase with age.
Perfumes: ample and persistent, tending to vinous.
Taste: full, warm, velvety, with a pleasant bitter after-taste.

VIGNETI REALE / PRIMITIVO "RUDIAE" SALENTO IGT

Rudiaeu is the name of theu ancient messapic town where was born the latin poet Quinto Ennio and where the present city of Lecce, capital of the Salento baroque, was founded in later times. Flat, red wine produced with Primitivo grapes, harvested at maturity.

Organolectic Examination: deep ruby red.
Taste: dry, warm and delicate.
Perfumes: ample and persistent with hint of prunes, cherries, liquorice.

CHARDONNAY ISONZO DOC

Dry, fresh and elegant, recalls the flowers of acacia. This medium bodied white wine has enormous depth and a remarkably buttery feeling on the palate. You will feel enormous amounts of pear, spice and peach flavors. The wine borders on elegance

PINOT GRIGIO ISONZO DOC

Dry, without harsh undertones tending to fresh softness. Fresh and substantial, with fruit and floral aromas; good texture and depth. This medium bodied Pinot Grigio is tangy, balanced and perfumed with lingering apple and mineral flavors. The wine borders on elegance.

CABERNET FRANC VENEZIA GIULIA IGT

Ruby red in color with an intense and typical nose. Delicate palate, generous and elegant with soft tannins. Aging Potential: 6 years.

SAUVIGNON BLANC ISONZO DOC

Both fresh and refreshing, the mouth-filling herbal palate enhances the excellent fruit structure and length of this wine. Displaying intense gooseberry and capsicum characters, the lingering soft flavors provide a beautifully ripe and powerful wine with an abundance of richness, uplifted by fresh acidity and an impressive long finish.

CHARDONNAY

A soft, slightly creamy chardonnay with aromas of ripe apples and delicate tropical fruits. Nice intensity of fruit on the palate with further tropical fruit and vanilla notes. A dry and pleasantly fresh finish.

PINOT GRIGIO FRIULI DOC

This wine has a clear, straw yellow color, with light golden reflections. The bouquet offers rich aromas of tropical fruit and citrus with hints of honey, apple. Delicate floral notes, good acidity and minerality. The wine is light bodied, with a pleasantly soft palate and a long finish.

MERLOT

Elegant, well-structured wine with typical ruby red color. Clean bouquet with notes of currants and violets. Balanced, delicate taste.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Deep ruby red color, tending towards garnet. Its intense and slightly herbaceous bouquet shows an harmonious character and a light tannic note.

Pinot Grigio Rosato

The 2020 Pinot Grigio Rose is a pale-pink-verging-on-onion-skin color in the glass. It boasts a fruit-forward bouquet that mixes ripe apple and pear with sweet buttercream. This is soft in feel, lifted by cooling acidity, and sweet orchard fruits linger through the finale.

CERASUOLO DI VITTORIA CLASSICO ‘MELOVIVO’ DOCG

Clean cherry red color, Fruity, reminiscent of red berries, strawberries, cherries, figs, ginger and fruit drops. Very distinctive, this is the wine that best highlights the characteristics of the terroir. On the palate is supple, vibrant and wonderfully fresh, with a long finish.

GRILLO TERRE SICILIANE "MELOVIVO" DOC

Expressive aromas of spring flowers, citrus and peach, with bitter almonds and grass notes. Generous, rich, and deep flavors have freshness, framed by linear acidity from the moderate-to-cool growing season.

FRAPPATO TERRE SICILIANE "MELOVIVO" DOC

Bright translucent ruby with purple hints. Pretty floral aromas of raspberry, red cherry, rose, fresh herbs. Explosive juicy red berry fruit. The delicate red fruit flavors continue on the palate with lovely texture and depth to its impressions of red fruit. All this aroma is supported by a zesty acidity.

NERO D'AVOLA TERRE SICILIANE "MELOVIVO" DOC

A deep ruby red, with violet reflections in the glass. This wine displays fresh aromas of red and black berries. Well-rounded with firm tannins, Melovivo Nero d’Avola seduces the palate with ripe fruit followed by black spices.

NERO D'AVOLA SICILIA DOC

This 100% Nero d'Avola is ruby red in color with a pleasant hint of wild berries fruits and powerful taste with smooth and soft tannins the wine has an elegant and long finish.

INZOLIA TERRE SICILIANE IGT

The Liotro Inzolia is an I.G.T. Sicilian white wine, made from 100% Inzolia grapes. Light green in color, the wine has a typical fruity bouquet with delicate floral notes. It has a keen, fresh taste and it is an excellent companion for fish and seafood-based dishes.

BARBERA PIEMONTE DOC

Bright intense ruby red color, dry and fruity. It is pleasantly smooth, full bodied and slightly tannic with scents of red-berries, with a good finishing. It can be paired well with a broad range of food and will compliment everything including salads, pasta, all meats and it works extremely well with barbecues.

CORTESE PIEMONTE DOC

Light straw yellow color, with typical green hues, it’s a dry, fresh and harmonic wine, where the alcoholic content and the balanced acidity guarantee the fresh and keen taste; pleasantly fruity, fragrant, with a persistent, complex bouquet with scents apricot and fresh hay.

GAVI DEL COMUNE DI GAVI 'INDI' DOCG

A Gavi del Comune di Gavi from a small Vineyard, influenced by coastal breezes from Liguria and surrounded by woods. This vineyard is certified organic.

To enhance a natural approach to vinification, spontaneous fermentation is obtained with a pied de cuve from our own grapes, simply destemmed.

GAVI DEL COMUNE DI GAVI 'YELLOW LABEL' DOCG

The hand-picked grapes thrive on our family owned hillsides, well exposed to the sun and coastal breezes.

Harvest is immediately followed by soft pressing and “in bianco” vinification at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats.

This wine has an alluring straw-yellow colour, fruity scents (apricot) with hints of citrus and meadow flowers; a fresh, harmonious taste with a pleasantly fruity background.

CHIANTI DOCG

Attractive aromas of black cherry, blueberry with a peppery edge. Great weight and intensity with plenty of plum and cherry flavors which continue through to the finish with a fine and velvelty palate.

Chianti Classico

Clean, dry, fruit notes with a hint of light spices on the palate. Full-bodied with a silky smooth texture. Very fine tannins and finish.

Chianti Riserva

Fresh red fruit and tobacco. Cherries and strawberries are a little more subtle. On the tongue: red fruit again with some leather and a hint of tobacco. It’s a little dry and some mildly acidic qualities.
