Brunello di Montalcino Conte Giueseppe mixes savory herbs and woodland tones with wild strawberries to create a somewhat earthy yet wonderfully attractive display. Its silky in texture and young-fully dense, contrasted by tart red fruits and salty mineral tones, as a colling note of lavender forms toward the close. This finishes balanced with nuanced tannins, echos of black cherries and spice. This is beautiful expression of the vintage, and its sure to mature nicely over the next five to ten years.
