Jaume Codorníu Ars Collecta, a large emblem reserve of Codorniu, a tribute to its origin, of limited edition, and with a select coupage that is born from the strict selection of the oldest vineyards and the best grapes from qualified places: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Xarel·lo. With this cava, limited edition and with numbered bottles, the winery recalls the heritage of a tradition started more than 450 years ago.

Gran Codorniu Chardonnay Reserva
Gran Codorníu Chardonnay Reserva is the true reflection of a grape, a terroir and a vintage, the best expression of Chardonnay grapes from our oldest vineyards. The fruit notes stand out in this cava. Its magnificent structure has its origin in the fermentation in contact with oak of part of its base wines and aging for more than 15 months.
Gran Codorniu Pinot Noir
Gran Codorníu Pinot Noir is the true reflection of a grape, a terroir and a vintage. The best expression of Pinot Noir grapes from our oldest vineyards. Codorníu was a pioneer in the cultivation of this variety and this long experience has allowed us to take a step forward and create an exclusive cava, which enhances the unique nuances of this variety and this vintage. A Rosé Brut with intense aroma of red fruits and citrus, full of freshness and vivacity. Different, elegant, daring, unique and authentic.
Codorniu Cava Brut Original
A fresh bouquet with interesting fruit aromas, lively on the palate, nice ampleness, an extensive aromatic palette, discreet sweet notes, the presence of stone fruit aromas and slightly dry at the finish.
Codorniu Cava Rose
The rosé version of our most traditional cava, Classic. A Brut cava with a fresh and very fruity aroma, made from the traditional varieties Monastrell, Grenache and Trepat.
Brut Reserve (Limited Edition)
Primary aromas that come from the grape varieties - citrus, almond blossom, and so on - are accompanied by a background of brioche and dried fruit added by the process of lees aging.
Kosher Brut
Codorniu Demi-Sec , as its name indicates, is the traditional cava par excellence, made using the three classic varieties from the D.O. Cava: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Its fresh, fruity and delicate aromas make it the ideal option for a pre-dinner aperitif. This Demi-Sec version is for those who like their cavas to be less dry.
