Castoro

Pasa Robles

Cabernet Sauvignon

Packed with black fruit and raspberry flavors framed by mocha nuances from both American and French oak. This broad-shouldered Cabernet Sauvignon is ready to drink now, but also has formidable aging potential.

Merlot

The fruit has dark berry and cola nuances, the vanilla oak is moderate, and the tannins are soft but offers a full body mouthfeel.

Chardonnay

A good balance of crisp and tropical flavors. The goal with this wine is to create a smooth, refreshing, and delicious Chardonnay.

Sauvignon Blanc

Light straw color with aromas of honeydew melon and white peach. On the palate, there are notes of white peaches, guava and melon with a crisp, refreshing acidity.

Zinfandel

Dark brick red. Black plum, raspberry, pepper, clove and toasted oak. Ripe plum, blackberry, rich middle palate with supple tannins.

Reserve Pinot Noir

Light and subtle aromas of red cherry and mulberry lead the clean if shy nose of this bottling. The flavors are also straight-ahead and familiar, with cherry and vanilla framed by decent tannins and a late-rising acidity

Zinfusion Reserve

Raspberry red in the glass, with aromas of sweet coconut, red fruits, licorice spice and dried cranberry. On the palate, jammy red and black fruits with dancing spice and good structure

White Zinfandel

Red berry, citrus, and melon tastes that are all quite fresh, with just a hint of nutmeg and clove zestiness.
