Cabernet Sauvignon
Candied black cherry makes for a very expressive, almost sweet nose on this bottling. The palate blossoms with purple flowers of lilac and jasmine, yet it is somewhat thin in body.
Chardonnay
Made in a richer marzipan-laced style, this bottling shows browned butter, butterscotch and baked apples on the nose. The palate is a tad oily with strong browned-butter and green-apple flavors, but also very balanced, with the unctuous custard elements cut by tart citrus peels. .
Merlot
Red fruits, easy tannins and a soft finish are the characteristics of Merlot wine. But there’s more to Merlot than being smooth. It’s actually a bit of a chameleon, partly because of how Merlot is vinified and mostly because of where it’s grown. Pinot Noir
Characterized by eclectic flavors and aromas of strawberry, black cherry, plum and potpourri with notes of forest floor, mushroom or black tea. The California Pinot Noir boasts a supple texture and good acidity, giving them the ability to improve with age.
