Prosecco

The Bacio della Luna Prosecco DOC Brut comes from vineyards located in the foothills of Treviso. It all begins with the strictly manual harvest, which is followed by the delivery of the grapes to our cellar: the processes that transform the grapes into must and the must into wine take place here.

Metodo Classico Brut

The base wine is a cuvée exclusively obtained from Chardonnay grapes harvested in the Adige Valley, the ideal area of this Italian excellence both for environment and climate.

The perfect acidity of our Classic Method comes from the vineyards located at the valley floor. Minerality and sapidity are the result of the micro terroirs located at medium altitude and composed by dolomitic and volcanic sediments. The final touch? The addition of the “liqueur d’expédition”, the true secret from the knowledge and experience of our winemakers.

PROSECCO DOC EXTRA DRY

Straw yellow colour with hints of lime green, the Prosecco Spumante DOC Extra Dry Bacio della Luna is distinguished from others by its persistent and delicate bubbles and its intense, elegant and fresh, fruity bouquet. On the palate it is mouth-filling with rich white stone fruit flavours and a refined minerality.

PROSECCO DOC ROSE

This fresh and balanced Prosecco Rosé is characterized by its soft pink color and its fine and persistent perlage.

Its bouquet is mainly fruity, with notes of wild strawberries, cherry and raspberry.
