Pinot Noir
Pretty cherry, black raspberry, red plum and strawberry fruit engulfed in pepper spice, light floral elements and complements of vanilla and oak. This wine has great character. Everything you smell is delivered in a well-balanced, spicy body, that leans a bit toward the firm side of pinots, but ends in a nice, long, lingering, soft, spicy finish.
Chardonnay
A combination of spicy, fruity and savory flavors, as well as a suave texture, make this wine quite impressive. Subtle nutmeg and vanilla aromas lead to fresh pear and white peach flavors, with a touch of minerality for a tasty but not extreme personality.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Full body with notes of black cherry, green pepper, and spice notes of vanilla from oak aging.
Pinot Noir Reserve
Bright cherry, strawberry and raspberry fruit with elegant earthy notes infused with cola and mild spice accents. Oak aging adds a hint of vanilla and a soft, toasty finish.
